Cooling methods vary: direct air cooling, inefficient and costly due to the need for an RTO, or indirect fluid cooling, which is more efficient and cost-effective. Operating costs for indirect cooling are two to three times lower than direct cooling, eliminating the need for an RTO, which alone can require at least $2 million/year to operate.
