The Heavy-Duty Model 2500 Auger Open Mouth Bag Filler is an easy to use, dependable, durable machine designed to bag a large variety of abrasive powders. It is constructed with continuously welded thick wall box steel tubing for rugged and continual use. A dust tight bag filling clamp securely grips bag tops to prevent dusting during the bag filling cycle. It has a heavy-duty auger feeder with low maintenance shaft seals to reliably feed product into bags. The machine is self-standing and easily made portable for use in multiple locations. It has a low head height and requires little space in the production facility. A side access door is protected by a safety switch for harm free clean out and inspection of the interior of the auger feeder.
