Drum Dumpers And Tippers

Drum dumpers, tilters and tippers are used in a variety of ways during industrial production. They are ideal for charging coaters; filling hoppers, reactors and other process vessels; dispensing applications; and discharging powders, granules, pellets and tablets. A patented tilt profile system, and tampered custom chutes allow for ease in charging tablet coaters with vertical charging ports; filling hoppers, reactors and general applications.

METO Systems offers a variety of configurations to fit the needs of our customers, and our equipment can accommodate every sort of application—from a controlled flow to complete emptying.

Custom options include fittings for multiple simultaneous discharges, custom chute configurations (straight, tapered, necked), a variety of surface finishes, right or left discharge, sanitary roller slot cover and increased lift capacity (standard capacity is 150 kg (330 lbs). Our dumping, tilting and tipping equipment is also available in mobile or stationary designs.
